Returns and Exchanges

We regret that you are not 100% satisfied with the item you received, but we are happy to accept returns for most new items within 30 days of receipt.

Please contact customer service by submitting a ticket on our website, indicating the item you would like to return and the reason. We will respond to you within 24 hours. Thank you very much for your patience.
After receiving our return instructions, please pack the item to be returned in the original packaging.
Drop your package off at your local post office.
Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. If we do not receive advance notice of the refund to your payment account, we will refund the refund to your luoika wallet. The wallet balance can be used for the next purchase or withdrawn to your payment account. You will receive a confirmation email after the refund is issued.
